About Ana Bohórquez
Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, Ana was counsel in the banking and finance team of a Spanish law firm, as well as in a multifamily office specialised in real estate management and investment from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Ana gained more than 20 years’ experience as in-house legal adviser and legal director at a German bank focused on local and international corporate financings.
Ana has extensive legal knowledge of corporate finance, leveraged, project and export financing transactions, including restructuring and refinancing. She is familiar with complex and international transaction structures, involving several jurisdictions. During her time in a real estate management company, Ana legally accompanied and supervised the going public of the group’s REIT.
