About Folabi Kuti, SAN
Folabi heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Employment Law Practice. He is also saddled with co-leadership and supervisory responsibilities in corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters.
Folabi brings to his work sharp penetrating insights accrued over several years of experience in core litigation, and practice areas – corporate commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property matters, insolvency and secured credit transactions, labour & employment matters, etc.
Folabi has a keen interest in the research and development of Nigerian law as well as those in other jurisdictions. A prolific writer, Folabi is the author of numerous articles/publications (links to some of the online publications provided below).
