Reynard Kristian

Reynard Kristian is a Partner at Budidjaja International lawyers. His main practice is cross-border complex dispute resolution, which encompasses commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration, and restructuring & insolvency. He has deep experience in assisting and representing clients in arbitrations before many different ad-hoc and arbitral institutions such as ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, BANI, and LAPS-SJK as well as advising and assisting in expert opinions and counsels at courts in foreign jurisdictions such as United States, Singapore, and Australia. He also has successful track records in assisting in the enforcement works and asset attachment and freezing in Indonesia.

Reynard graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gajah Mada, with cum laude predicate and he has successfully passed Indonesian Bar Exam administered by Indonesian Bar Association. He also had experience as assistant lecturer and was involved in university’s moot court team namely in the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot in 2015 at Exeter University.
