Tatjana Popovski Buloski is the founding partner of Popovski & Partners. She is a legal expert with more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector in the Republic of North Macedonia. Her vast experience includes various projects focused on securities, energy, telecommunications, insurance, concessions and PPP.
Tatjana has participated in many projects including major privatizations in the country, equity investments and project finance. She is one of the most experienced competition and international arbitration lawyers in the country. Tatjana is also known for her work on M&A transactions.
She has vast experience in high profile white-collar criminal proceedings. Her experience also covers commercial and civil litigation, international commercial arbitration, antitrust and competition law proceedings.
Tatjana has been recognized as a leading individual by several international legal directories in dispute resolution and corporate. She is included in the Hall of Fame by Legal 500 and named as national litigation star for 2019 and 2020 by Benchmark Litigation. She is also included The Legal 500 Arbitration Powerlist CEE.
